Money-Back Quality Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 22, 2025

Purpose
At Krupp’s Home Services, customer satisfaction is my top priority. I stand behind the quality of my work and strive to deliver dependable, professional results on every job. These Terms explain the details of our Money-Back Quality Guarantee, including when refunds apply and what’s excluded.

Scope of the Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the quality or completeness of our workmanship, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
The service was performed by Krupp’s Home Services, LLC or an authorized representative.
The concern relates directly to the workmanship or completeness of the service performed.
You notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of job completion.
If approved, a refund will be issued in accordance with Section 4 below.

Exclusions
This guarantee does not apply to:
Services where materials provided by Krupp’s Home Services total more than $300.00.
Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or alteration after completion.
External damage (e.g., weather, pests, water intrusion, or unrelated property issues).
Jobs that were completed to agreed specifications but later subject to personal preference changes.

Refund Process
Submit your refund request in writing (email or text message is acceptable).
We will review or inspect the work within five (5) business days.
If the claim qualifies, a full or partial refund will be issued within ten (10) business days after review.
Refund determinations are made in good faith based on our inspection and service records.

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service under review.
Krupp’s Home Services, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Customer Responsibilities
To help ensure satisfaction and protect both parties, customers agree to:
Provide accurate details about requested work.
Maintain safe and reasonable access to the service area.
Inspect completed work at the time of service and promptly communicate any issues.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within your local county of service.

Updates to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of service will apply to your project.
